SIP THE CHAKRAS: An 8-Week Mountain Series on Plant Wisdom & Sacred Ayurveda
Come drink the forest. Come remember who you are.
High in these Colorado mountains, where aspens whisper ancient secrets and the air itself feels like medicine, we're gathering for something extraordinary. This isn't just a class, it's a homecoming. A return to the old ways of knowing plants as allies, energy as medicine, and your body as sacred ground.
For eight transformative weeks, we'll climb the spiral staircase of your energetic body, chakra by chakra, plant by plant. Each Saturday, you'll step into our candlelit mountain cabin sanctuary, where the wood stove crackles and steam rises from cups of carefully chosen botanical allies. You'll sip. You'll sit. You'll remember.
This is plant medicine alive. This is Ayurveda lived, not just learned.
We begin at your roots, literally and energetically, with earthy allies that ground you into your body's ancient wisdom. Week by week, we ascend through your energy centers, each one opening like a flower as you taste its corresponding plant teacher. Sacred plants that have been whispering healing secrets for millennia, waiting for you to slow down enough to listen.
But we're not just sipping tea, we're drinking transformation.
Between the rim of your cup and your lips, magic happens. Through guided meditation, you'll learn to hear what each plant is teaching. Through Ayurvedic wisdom, you'll understand how your body dances with the elements. Through herbal alchemy, you'll craft medicines that honor both ancient tradition and your own intuitive knowing.
Here's what awaits you in our mountain sanctuary:
✓ Eight Sacred Sundays where we journey chakra by chakra, plant by plant, from root to crown
✓ Your Personal Plant Pharmacy—all herbs included, sourced with reverence and prepared with intention
✓ Ancient Ayurvedic Mysteries unveiled: the elements that dance within you, the rhythms that heal you, the daily practices that ground you
✓ Herbal Alchemy Mastery: From simple tisanes to sacred tinctures, honey elixirs to fermented plant wines
✓ Community Ritual & Altar Building because some medicines can only be made together
✓ Daily Plant Meditations to deepen your relationship with your weekly ally
✓ Sacred Homework that feels more like play: five days of mindful sipping, journaling, and plant communion
