& Healthcare

Ayurvedic Science, Modern Medicine, & Western Herbalism.

Ayurveda teaches us that healing begins when we live in rhythm with nature, with our bodies, and flow with time itself. At Veda Kala Ayurveda, we offer care that’s rooted in relationship to the land, to lineage, and to the changing seasons of your life.

Through consultations, hands-on therapies, education, and herbalism we support people in remembering their own nature. We learn to tend to ourselves and the world around us with care

Whether you’re searching for clarity in your health, managing chronic symptoms, wanting more peace in your routine, or simply curious about living in deeper relationship with nature, we’re here to walk with you.

Living in Rhythm

Light Your Inner Fire

Personal Consulations:

Initial Consultation:

  • 90-minute consultation

  • Includes a comprehensive pre-consultation health intake to understand your unique constitution (prakṛti), current imbalances (vikṛti), health history, lifestyle, and goals.

  • We use traditional diagnostic tools help identify the root causes of symptoms.

  • You’ll receive a personalized plan with recommendations around food, daily routine, herbs, and lifestyle practices to support healing.

Follow-up Consultations:

  • 60- minute consultation where we dive deeper into your story and subtleties.

  • We review how your plan is going and make adjustments based on what’s working and what’s changed.

  • Update food, herbs, and lifestyle based on how your body’s responding.

Ayurvedic Therapies:

Marma Therapy:

  • A gentle bodywork technique that focuses on specific energy points on the body called marma points, similar to acupressure.

  • Stimulating these points activates different organs, your nervous system, and energy pathways, and makes your whole body feel more balanced.

  • Each session is personalized to your unique constitution and current needs

External Basti Therapy:

  • External bastis are warm herbal oil treatments held over specific areas of the body using a ring of dough to create a small well or “dam.”

  • These localized therapies allow medicated oils to deeply penetrate and nourish targeted tissues like the lower back, heart, neck, knees, or belly.

Shirodhara:

  • Shirodhara is a deeply relaxing Ayurvedic treatment where a steady stream of warm herbal oil is gently poured over the center of the forehead - the ajna or "third eye" point.

  • The treatment induces a meditative state, restoring balance to vata and pitta doshas and supporting mental clarity, sleep, and inner peace.
